Each video is written and delivered to camera by the expert themselves, allowing sports professionals and enthusiasts around the world the opportunity to learn from renowned experts, at a time and place to suit them.
As a qualified sports scientist and football coach, I have been passionate about ongoing learning and personal development, both for myself and for my athletes. Following my formal education, continued learning was by way of numerous books and journals, distance courses, conferences, seminars, and endless searches online. All of which has been expensive, time consuming, inconvenient, required travel and time away from home, and often proved unproductive when searching for suitable and trusted sources of information online.
More recently, as a lecturer in marketing and sales, I had access to a video-based resource providing expert information in both of these (and many more) subject areas. This resource allowed me to upskill quickly and conveniently, filling gaps in my own knowledge. It also allowed me to deliver a blended learning approach where students watched and learned from the videos themselves. My goal now is to provide a similar service to everyone involved in sports, allowing them to learn from renowned experts in the comfort of their own home.
Phase 1 has allowed the company to research and develop the idea, build a bespoke website, and produce 39 full videos. We now have a product which has been tested and is ready for a full launch. We are now entering phase 2 of our development plan which will allow us to produce between 60 and 120 new videos and courses, further develop the website, and develop strong partnerships and endorsements from Universities, Colleges, NGB’s, sports organisations, and training companies. We aim to have 5000 registered subscribers by the end of our first year, and to develop a subscription membership of over 200,000 within 5 years
Being of a certain generation, my heroes in both sport and business are great leaders who have started and built great dynasties. People like Bill Shankly, Brian Clough, Sir Alex Ferguson, Sir Richard Branson and Sir Alan Sugar, all of whom cam from humble beginnings and most certainly did not let their past dictate their future.

We aim to make learning from experts and personal development in sport, more convenient, more cost effective, and more easily accessible, regardless of where you live, financial status, current lifestyle and prior accredited learning. Our aim is to help anyone currently involved in sport, or wanting to get involved in sport, to reach their full potential.
